Anastasia Georgievskaya, a biotech researcher and founder of Haut.AI - a SaaS company specializing in AI for skin, hair, and wellness analytics.

She has been:

- nominated for the "Foreign Founder" category at the Estonia Startup Awards 2022
- featured in Forbes twice
- featured in Valiant CEO Magazine

▶ Three months ago, Haut AI announced SkinGPT - a generative AI model to create synthetic images that predict how an individual's skin will age and respond to various products and conditions over time.

For instance, it can predict how your dry skin might look if you aren't using a moisturizer enriched with hyaluronic acid and ceramides and it can also examine your skin's collagen levels.

How it works:

- users upload their photos, and the software extracts skin data using SkinMetrics Report software.
- it uses LIQA (live image quality assurance) to ensure image quality and data extraction readiness.
- it evaluates perceived age and gender, using integrated APIs like BreezoMeter (now part of Google) for accuracy
- users receive a personalized skin report comparing their appearance with similar demographics.
- then it matches the skin report with suitable skincare ingredients.

▶ The tool is designed for beauty brands and retailers to integrate into their ecommerce platforms and was trained on millions of annotated images, including high-resolution equipment and selfies.

▶ In just two years, Haut.AI compiled a global database of skincare ingredients and cosmetic products and optimized their platform's algorithms to cater to all skin tones, colors, weather and health conditions, and cater to every income level by working closely with brands in India, Asia, and Africa.

Last month, it got accepted into the Microsoft for Startups Pegasus Programme to scale its business. Other partnerships include:

- retailers like Ulta Beauty.
- BreezoMeter to gather environmental data for tailored skincare advice.
- and DALL-E Open Ai for skin, a text-to-image tool designed for beauty-related applications.

Bottom Line: The AI beauty and cosmetics market is set to hit $13.34 billion by 2031, enticing beauty giants to adopt data-driven strategies for personalized healthy aging and improved customer satisfaction.
